Return/Exchange Policy

We thoroughly stand by the quality of our product and offer returns for exchanges not returns for refunds.

Our policy lasts 3 days after date of delivery. If 3 or more days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the return item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There is a $10.00 restocking fee which will be deducted from any approved refund amount. This restocking fee will apply for any approved return / refund and or any item returned due to insufficient address or undeliverable.

If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your purchase and contact us within 3 days of delivery, we will be happy to offer an exchange for an item of equal value.

Sale Items or items purchased using a promo code are final sale and not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds.

Custom items are final sale items and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Shipping costs for returning an item will be the responsibility of the customer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We recommend you keep your tracking number as proof of shipment.

Return or exchange approvals will be given via email. We do not accept forced returns.
